    Travis at Bio One in Boise is amazing to work with he was great about answering questions and delivered peace of mind. We were closing on a home when an inspector discovered mold in the attic. Bio-One was the only company that actually removed the mold properly & replaced the insulation once the mold was completely remediated that we contacted.     Bio One was recommended to me as "the experts" for mold remediation. Although, this was out of the normal house call. We bought our first home a year ago. 1.5 months in we found a 3x8ft area of molding damaged boards that were missed during our home inspection. Having no funds for repairs but knowledge in fire and water restoration, we did the work ourselves. Recently, the home inspector that missed this damage lost in a court case that paved the way for hope of restitution. Even though Bio One knew they likely wouldn't get a "job" out of the trip, they made time in their schedule to take a look at our repair work to make sure nothing was missed. Thankfully, we passed! We truly appreciated their willingness to offer us a second set of eyes and their professional opinion. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
